What a disappointed I was last night when my son was in his computer waiting for his therapist and she never show up? What is going on in this word? Is anyone can answer me that? Very disappointed with this service. I will let everyone one know.

WILSON, LUCRETIA, PMHNP-BC with Life Stance is the worst doctor ever. She automatically assumes everyone is a drug addict and doesn't listen to you. So if you suffer from mental health and need help DO NOT GO TO HER!!!! Unless you are okay with being treated like a drug addict who just wants to get high.

While I liked my therapist originally, the system they use to book appointments is horrid and a scam. I have $220 worth of bogus late fee charges in my account that I have been battling for 5+ months... these charges only happened because of technical errors in the system. NO one will help me every time I call and I keep getting denied. It is horrid that a company who is supposed to help people's mental health is doing the opposite.

I can’t say enough about the incompetence of the administrative staff. At every turn I’m surprised even more. If it was easier to find a Dr elsewhere I would have left by now. My first clue should’ve been when it took five phone calls by me for them to finally figure out why the emails to sign up weren’t going through. Spoiler alert…they were spelling the word “global” wrong. You just can’t make this stuff up. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I wish I could say the actual provider was much better. 

The operator/receptionist for my telehealth appointments were rude, unprofessional and answer the phone as if you are calling someone's home. They would answer the phone as "HELLO?" in a very nasty street tone. When asked to speak with a supervisor I would be placed on hold for a LONG time and also get hung up on MULTIPLE TIMES. The doctors are the only ones professional. They have no way to reschedule online so I would have to deal with those nasty telephone operators. The only alternative is to email the staff which is ridiculous since in the REAL WORLD people have other appointments and have to work. The administrative people there ALL NEED TO BE FIRED and replaced with people who actually want to work. It got so bad I cancelled my appointment and have them close my account because of their disgusting behavior!!! There should be a law against treating patients like second or even third class citizens. I am NOT going to call or reconcile with your staff, they did wrong and need to be held accountable. I may look into reporting this place to the dept. of health or whichever agency looking into this and have NO INTENTION OF DISCUSSING THIS FURTHER WITH LIFESTANCE! I intend to hold all parties accountable if it's the last thing I do!!!

Terrible, terrible office in 2801 Buford Hwy. It's very tough to get anyone to answer the phone. I have spent 45 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting on hold and sometimes can keep my place in line. I have not received a callback and am still awaiting a call back from over 6 hours ago. The practitioner/ Nurse forgot to send the prescription to the pharmacy, not answering the message or email... my Cousin was out of medicine for a week, and nobody even cared.... such a terrible experience!

This company is terrible! They have been billing me for a charge I paid in May of 2023 and will not stop! I sent the documentation to them of the canceled check and still they are harassing me. I would NEVER use this company!

Terrible terrible office in Johns creek. Unprofessional and completely incompetent staff including Valentina asaimaigor ( supposedly a nurse practitioner) who was late, very shabby in appearance and then refused to see me because I mentioned I had just recovered from the flu. One of the receptionists ( clueless) ran to her car and gave me her last mask which reeked of cigarettes and then cmaceled my appt What a waste of time completely dreadful
