They sent be a bill when even according to their own records I had never seen one of their providers. They didn't even try to bill my insurance which covers most of it, probably because the bill was not legitimate.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, the staff never responds back to emails AT ALL. Next, when you try to call to obtain assistance all of the people are on speakerphone and mumble until you have to ask them to speak up or get off speakerphone. I had someone consistently cough in my ear for about 5 minutes straight and never apologize at all. When I finally was able to talk to my therapist, he spent about 25 minutes with me and then ended the session while charging 300+ dollars. He then double booked me for the next session with someone else...I would have never even known until I called the office and got ahold of someone who was coherent and they told me I was double booked with him... I made one more appointment which he had to change the time in order to take his son somewhere (which was done last minute) and then during the session he just would stare at me and not say anything... stay away from this place!!!!!!!!! See below- life stance asked me for a review on google in July 2026 and I was going to give a review as above. So then Lifestance finally responded to me on 7/20/26 with the below saying they would look into it and contact me back. Still waiting! Thank you for your feedback! I called on Monday for a first time appointment and was given an appointment for Tuesday. I had to reschedule the Tuesday appointment and received a bill for a $100.00 cancellation fee. There was not 48 hours from when the appointment was made to cancel or reschedule timely. The staff have been extremely difficult to work with and refuse to remove the bill. Needless to say I am going somewhere else.

The visit to the office was fine. It is the Patient Portal that is a problem. They never look at it and never reply to any thing I have posted. I have posted about changes to medicine and never get an answer. The portal is the pits. The phone response keeps referring you to it but don't use it you will not get an answer. I posted 2 messages on two different days and after 5 days still no answer. I had to call and speak to someone that does care either.

I was told by my therapist through life stance that I could also see a psychiatrist and they could work together and I could receive better mental care. I decided to do this and I was assigned a doctor. I saw her one time and then I already had an appointment with my old doctor and I was going to tell her I was switching doctors to work with a team and she thought it was a great idea. She told me of some concerns she was having about some of my symptoms and advised me to change some medication. When I had my second appointment with my doctor and I told her what the other doctor said she said she wouldn't see me anymore. She suggested IOP, which I told her was impossible for my life right now. She said to go to local mental health, or back to my old doctor, which is through mobile recovery, and is supposed to be temporary. I apologized to the doctor, but I was confused about the medication I was on. I asked if I could see a different doctor in life stance and she told me she's not recommending that and ended our appointment without me getting the medication I need. Her name is Lyndsey Dunstan and my appointment was July 31st at 9:00. I thought she treated me terrible as a patient trying to figure out what medication to take. I have schizo effective disorder and I've been trying for two years to get stable mental health. I have a therapist in life stance who has changed my life. Rozana Kelly, and I appreciate life stance and would like to continue my mental health with them. But I'd really like someone to look into my appointment, that doctor told me to do everything but continue with life stance but I believe in your business and I believe it will work for me with the right doctor. I'm not giving up.

The first provider I was assigned to failed to research the medication I was on properly and gave me incorrect withdrawal instructions that ended up making me so sick that I was admitted to the Emergency Room. The second provider I was assigned to was cold, unfriendly, and made me very uncomfortable. On the other side of things, my valid insurance was ignored and I had to contact them three separate times over the course of several weeks to receive a refund. Additionally I had multiple negative experiences with unfriendly receptionists. Genuinely could not recommend less.

I logged onto my therapy session tonight and the therapist quit. Told me lifestance owes her 1000 of dollars & ended the session.

My experience with Colby Pacheco was deeply disappointing. Over an extended period of time, the communication often felt dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily aggressive. There was a noticeable lack of empathy, and genuine concerns frequently seemed to be met with little patience or understanding. A psychiatric provider should make patients feel heard, respected, and safe enough to be honest. Unfortunately, that was not the experience here. Being talked over, having concerns dismissed, and feeling like there was little interest in actually listening made it increasingly difficult to feel comfortable or trust the care being provided. After a significant amount of time, the overall experience left a very negative impression. Mental health care requires compassion and empathy—not just medication management.
