I had an appointment with this company, and they cancelled it and rescheduled for me. I had childcare for the original appointment, but the other one I was unable to get childcare for so I completely forgot about the appointment and didn’t show up(my fault). But they are charging me 85$ in a no show fee, this is ridiculous. If 50$ or less was the charge I would pay it no problem but 85$ from the provider of Tatyana in Fenton, MI is absolutely insane to me.

My initial appointment was canceled just five minutes after it began, and unfortunately, I received no reimbursement for the time lost. Subsequently, when attempting to cancel the following appointment due to the prior incident, I encountered difficulty accessing the patient portal. Despite waiting online for hours in an attempt to speak with someone, my efforts were in vain. I was later charged $85 for a "missed" appointment because I was unable to reach them in time. Even when I finally managed to get through 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, I was still charged the $85 fee. This experience has left me disappointed with a system that, despite requiring courage to initiate, complicates ancillary tasks significantly. I emailed like asked below and I have not received communication as stated.

DO NOT use Lifestance. If you're considering doing so, run far far away. My psychiatrist is great but you can never get ahold of anyone and will be on hold for hours. I stopped receiving a refill on my prescription and was told it was because i needed to schedule an in person appointment - ok...how do I do that? Cause I NEED my medication. Well...soonest they have is in 4 weeks. Ok...so what am I supposed to do in the meantime? "Go to the emergency room if you need medication before then..." WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love my therapist. She one of the best I've ever had, but the admin for this company is the WORST I have ever seen. I cannot get anyone on the phone ever, no one answers portal messages (except my therapist), and my husband has been trying to make a new patient appointment for SIX MONTHS and either can't get anyone on the phone, or the two times he actually managed to make an appointment they rescheduled without telling him - twice. If I could give zero stars I would. Truly awful that people can't get the help they need because the office staff is lacking so severely.

My poor review is solely based on my experience with the phone calls. If I could have a call answered, it would be so nice but, as many others have said, I have been on hold for extremely long periods of time. I have done, as their message says, and tried to set an appt. online only to get the message that online scheduling is not working and to please call their office. I’m not sure if they just to hire more staff or not but this certainly needs to be addressed.

I have spent multiple hours on hold trying to make an appointment with Karen Gray and have not been able to get through. I requested a call back and received one the next evening. The answer I got that was that they were a nationwide company and could not make an appointment for me. I have also tried to make an appointment online and each time if got a message that the appointment request was no available I really need to get an appointment I am 3 months overdue.

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. In an attempt to pay my past due bill i authorized Lifestance to ONLY take out $200 and then set up a payment plan....only to be told that I did not set up a payment plan(fault on their end)....Ive had 3 people tell me different things. They definitely took the $200 AND they also decided to take $50 and $150, totalling $400....Finally after getting lifestance to agree to issue my refund they tell me theyll be issuing it in increments of $10, $20, and $30 within a span of 3 to 5 days. I dont have unlimited income, i have mental health problems that they have only made worse. I have no money they left me in the negative. I couldnt buy groceries and had to BARROW MONEY. I just want my refund in full!!!!

Yeah So I haven't even gave them my credit card # yet They kept calling me to book an appointment after I gave them my insurance information But then I called them back since I missed a call from them And what rubbed me wrong About this company was The sound of being on hold Was like the sound of being on hold with a Calling company Or the government or The state of utah Where you know you're gonna be on hold for several hours. I thought that was a major red flag. For a therapist And this Is the way they run their business? But if you choose to go with this company I would Go to walgreens and buy A net spend Or paypal Temporary Loading money card And I would only load the bare minimum on the card And then I would spend it Until it gets to $0.00 Or Equivalent to it And then put that card on file So they cannot just take your money when they feel it's their right. Because from everyone else's comments It seems like they took a good chunk of money from everyone Without any good reasoning to it And to get to the point of resolving the problem when they should have never taken the money in the first place Is indefinite. If that's not another red flag to you Then you deserve to be screwed by this company. Use your brains.
