Two sessions so far have been great!
Two sessions so far have been great! Doing couples counseling with my wife. Technology working well for online counseling, and licensed counselor is confident and professional and also natural and real (open, vulnerable, humble) in the way they facilitate counseling sessions.

A great place to help your mental health

Great group of providers.
I have interacted with Dr. Dizon, Sarah Shields and Lisa Siobhan. Every meeting was helpful to me in different ways. They are understanding and patient and I appreciate their concern and expertise.

Ms Alba G had helped improve my quality of life and interactions with my family by helping me assert myself, rather than try to please everyone at the expense of my own happiness. Trusted Long-Term Care
I have a trusted therapist I've worked with for years, longevity providing a major stabilizing effect. It is easy to message or call with questions or conflicts. Meds are always current and waiting at my pharmacy when appropriate. I feel very taken care of with positive communications and easy scheduling directly with therapist for future appointments.
