My therapist and psychiatrist actually give the time to understand my problems and is willing to try different things until something works for me without getting upset. And anytime I have to cancel or reschedule, the customer service gets to the point without being rude or intimidating.

I’ve been working with my therapist at LifeStance for well over a year, including through some extremely difficult periods in my life. She has been patient, empathetic, warm, and consistently professional. She has helped me talk through complicated feelings around medications and side effects, major life transitions, family and parenting concerns, and the challenge of figuring out what is actually best for my well-being. I especially appreciate that she listens without judgment while still encouraging me to make positive changes and take an active role in improving my life. Over time, I’ve felt that she has developed a real understanding of what I’ve been through and the challenges I’m trying to navigate. Having someone who can provide that kind of continuity, while remaining thoughtful and professional, has been extremely valuable to me. I’m very grateful for the support she has provided, particularly during some of the hardest periods I’ve experienced.
