Great booking technology and variety of therapists. Somewhat redundant in entering information multiple times and my first therapist did not understand narcissistic abuse while I saw her over a year there was no progress and I was spiraling. I did my own research and went to NAMI support groups thankfully and current therapist is amazing. More therapists that understand this condition please. Make it easier to switch and try out therapists, as the right therapist is key to healing and progressing.

I used ZocDoc to find them. Im glad I did. I liked all my Providers. After being bounced around I landed with a Provider who hopefully can treat me. Easy to contact. App with dashboard. Easy med renewal.

Switching therapist is sometimes necessary. I appreciate the staff in assisting me with finding a therapist to better meet my needs. There are a variety of therapist to engage and meet you where you’re at. With a genuine guidance to get you to where you’re doing better. Friendly and professional.

I like that I can do my appointments from zoom. I have been with LifeStance for over 6 months or more and I am on my 3rd provider. I only get medicine so it is ok but if I was seeing someone to speak with that would be a little concerning. But each one of the 3 have been super nice and my appointments went smoothly.

The experience was great but when we got there we had to wait like 20 minuets in the waiting room because the front desk person did not let us in the back and such. Other wise the experience was good I loved my person for getting me the medicine I need and everything else she was great that was 5 stars but waiting to go in took forever so that is why this is low
