I loved my counselor
I loved my counselor! The billing department is a whole different matter. I called to question the billing and the lady I talked to was not helpful, I believe I've paid more than I should have. By the end of our conversation she said I still owed 150.00. According to my records I didn't owe anything but because the situation was so stressful I sent in the money she said I owed in 2 payments. I then recieved a bill for another 25.00. I don't believe their employees have any experience in billing! I'm upset to say the least, this is the reason I quit going! I'm retired and on a fixed budget so I can't afford this foolishness!
