I am a former patient of Dr. Ayshea Beswick, whom I met through Lifestance. While unfortunately I can no longer see Dr. Beswick due to recently changing insurance to a company not taken by Lifestance, I was incredibly satisfied with my experience. Dr. Beswick has worked for the past 3 years to help me overcome the issues I have faced, and I feel qualified to give a recommendation to anyone seeking support in any of her many fields of expertise. Specifically, I would like to highlight how easy she is to talk to while pursuing concrete steps for support. Dr. Beswick will not keep you out of the loop with your treatment, and will be open about your options for support, while being persistent in finding the perfect treatment for your specific situation - all in a comfortable, conversational tone. I personally have rather stubborn symptoms, and Dr. Beswick did not stop trying different treatment methods until we found a perfect fit. Overall, excellent care, professionalism, and receptiveness. Would highly recommend.

Customer service today with Patricia was excellent. Bright, cheerful and very detailed. My therapist Dana is wonderful. I am so happy I found this company years ago. I would suggest LifeStance to anyone needing help!

The receptionist is a wonderful woman that makes you feel at ease. I came in for grief counseling after the death of my father. The therapist Pedar Herom was very friendly, very informative and very easy to talk to. He made me feel at home and definitely made me feel heard. He was very reassuring and very helpful and also gave me some mental tools to use to work thru this difficult time. I look forward to my next appointment.

Lifestance has been solid for me for the past five years. Easy to access my therapist. We've developed a relationship that has been meaningful and supportive.

My therapist is professional, empathetic, and challenged me in a positive way. Grief does not move in a lateral way to a BIG conclusion. It is a process that takes time, is important, and will yield surprising joys as I remember things and events, about the person I lost, but will forever love.

I've been a patient of Dr Tovar, in Lexington Kentucky for several years now, and am extremely satisfied. He listens to all of my problems and gives me constructive feedback. I see him every 3 months via telehealth because I live an hour away from the office, and I see him once a year in person. I used to have in person every time because until covid hit. That's right, I drive 2 hours total to see him, he's that good. He's very experienced and knows his stuff. If I ask about a medication, he will immediately look into his database and answer all questions. He never interrupts, and never hurries me up. And the office staff has all been amazing, though the wait on hold just to talk to a person can take a few minutes longer than I would like, they always do an amazing job and are so very friendly. But they are a very successful practice in a large city, calling anywhere will take a few minutes. This practice has been so great to me, I refuse to go anywhere else. Plus they take most Medicaid

I have been going to LifeStance in Twinsburg for about 10 months now, seeing both a psychiatrist and a psychologist, and the one thing I can say is that they listen to me. I feel I am in good hands at LifeStance.
