Easy to work with organization. Office staff very responsive and timely in communications. Good web interface. My review of my therapist, posted elsewhere: I have had the privilege of having Liz Michaud as a therapist for the past six months or so. Liz is a very gifted and well-rounded individual. She has great integrity and professionalism, is very supportive, intuitive, sensitive, self-aware, tactful, socially/politically conscious, personable, kind, and creative. I have had some really great therapists and med doctors from Lifestance. I have also had one bad one but I won’t blame them for one person’s bad behavior. Mostly everyone has been super supportive and helpful in my recovery journey from PTSD and life’s issues. I really appreciate them and that I found them. They have made an impact for the better on my life. I would recommend Lifestance to anyone who needs a therapist or med doctor because they are flexible which makes life easier.
