Clinic does not care about you. I was previously seeing a psychiatrist through them and they left the practice. They called to make me another appointment and matched me with someone who is not in my insurance. Now I owe far more than I can afford to pay. They do not care about this, despite the fact that the intake team did not do their job. Do not recommend going here.

This company keeps trying to bill me $5/month for some subscription taht I NEVER signed up for. I called their support (which, of course is off shore), reemed the guy who admitted to the mistake and backed out the bill, only for it to be reinstated the next month! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely horrible the worst experience I've ever had with health care provider nurse practitioners who think they are real doctors only showing up when they want can't ever get them on the phone also the medical staff like to make up stories.

I scheduled a first-time video consult with LifeStance and tried to cancel the day before (a Sunday). Their system blocks cancellations within 48 business hours, and of course — their office was closed. I emailed to cancel before the appointment time and even logged in briefly to the virtual waiting room just to cover myself. No provider ever connected with me. I never submitted a credit card or signed a financial agreement, yet they still added a $50 “no-show” charge to my account. Zero communication. No response to my messages. They literally listed “card on file” when there was none. This company is shady. They make it nearly impossible to cancel, then try to trap you into paying fees for services that were never delivered. Based on other reviews, this is a pattern, not a fluke. LifeStance feels more like a billing machine than a mental health provider. Do yourself a favor and find an independent therapist who actually cares and won’t exploit you through a broken, corporate system.

For those who care about their mental and behavioral health, I urge you stay away from Lifestance. The providers themselves are capable. The organization, in my opinion, is mercenary. In my opinion, the well being of the patient is a secondary concern behind making money. In my case, I had completed 5 appointments with a Lifestance provider, when the administrative office decided to pull the rug from out under me and decide that they were either not compensated enough or that they made a mistake (that I should pay for) when they originally decided that I satisfied their reimbursement criteria. Lifestance thereupon dropped me as a patient. I urged them to accept traditional Medicare reimbursement so that I could continue as a patient. They would have none of that. After all (in my opinion), there isn't enough money in that! This is a frightening example of the new model of behavioral healthcare where critical decision-making impacting the health and safety of patients is made by MBA's and not health care providers.

The Dr. in San Antonio I saw showed no particular interest in discussing the issues that I went to see him for. I went in and they seemed more interested in getting my billing information than anything else. Even after I stopped going, the company continued to bill and used vague billing codes. Not someone I would ever recommend

Horrible company. Only thing they want is your money. Doctor cancer appt you still have yo pay the co pay for nothing. Can’t reach anybody by phone just a scam

I would not have giving them a 1 if I could they deserve a 0. I went to my appointment with Stefanie Reinhard last week, it was only my second visit. So she started from my past which is very hard for me without breaking down and than the last 5 minutes of my appointment she said, I can't see you anymore because I have 28 patients too much for me to handle so I'm not seeing 10 patients from now on. Why did she book that appointment only to be paid she should have said that with a phone call. So angry and upset. I'm reporting her to Medicare. Just horrible ethics. Wouldn't treat anyone like that.
