I received a call yesterday from Lifestance saying that my counselor was no longer practicing at Lifestance. Was out of left field since I had been meeting with her every week for a few years. Had a session a few hours before and had already confirmed my session next week. It's taken me years to find the right person to work with and then was left with a phone call offering to find someone new by someone I had no relationship with. I'm betting other clients got the same impersonal phone call and just leaves us all hanging unresolved, I know the damage that does to me, just imagining the damage it has on the whole caseload. Not a practice I will return to.

I am a professional in the community trying to refer a client for parent guidance to a provider at Life Stance. I have and the client has spent over 2 hours and several calls trying to get through the system. It is the most arduous and least helpful system I have ever come across. If you cannot fax, and in this day and age if you can't access an email or other referral method it is a big roadblock, you seem to not be able to get through the system. So I will refer elsewhere in the future. Too much poor administrative upfront run arounds and dead ends.

WORST COMPANY EVER I recommend if you have insurance to seek other companies this is by far the worst one I have dealt with so if you are really experienced some things and need a company that care about me do not do this one. The therapist is almost definitely great. It’s the company. They are all about money in being crappy even people who I have referred to them.. asked me why do I refer lifestance.. They are very big on their no call no shows even when you try to make it a no call if you’re having billing issues they still charge you. They always want you to contact them via email which I have done several times and never got anywhere. I completely got speechless

I can tell you that I am not answered when I message my provider medication isn't called in correctly I saw Jennifer rizel as a therapist and she actually said I threatened her was which was completely inaccurate and totally untrue I as a former cop never would have done that and did not do that so I literally was then kicked out of life stats with no medication and no care and that's talking about somebody I have post traumatic stress disorder and I was being treated by Jennifer Reizel with EDM our therapy and guess what I went months and months without any help.

Do NOT Recommend! Had 2 phone sessions and was established i need Adderall (adhd med). Script was called in. The pharmacy had a question before filling it. Something about a wrong code and a drug interaction, so the pharmacy told me. They called for three days with no reply or call back. I sent a message in the portal and no reply after 2 weeks. what the heck! Just called today to log in my complaint and to cancel my next appt. Ball Totally Dropped Multiple Times, all the wile suffering with adhd. Do NOT Recommend!

5 Stars for My therapist, K. Stanley! K. Stanley is an Amazing Therapist! I highly recommend!!! Less than 1 Star for the billing department! I have called and spoken with them multiple times and asked my therapist to contact billing department multiple times, of which has been done, and nothing has changed on the billing department’s end!!! Very dissatisfied with billing issues!!! Amazing therapist!!!

The worst with Communication and they only what you to use there stupid website that is so hard to use and is so trash except to dread every phone call with them as you are on hold for the most part. So pre plane calling them way before you run out of your medication.
