As indicated on their site a potential patient can either email or phone to set-up an initial appointment/consultation. Not true! I emailed and no one answered me. When I called the operator provided me with 3 names of therapists that were primarily marriage counselors (not at all what I need) and none of them took my insurance. This place is a joke.

Stay away from this place!! They are under investigation for ripping people off!! Doctors aren’t much better!!

Would be 0 stars if possible. Called for assistance because someone apparently stole my information to book an appointment here. The person who answered was extraordinarily rude and unhelpful. I explained to them that I wasn’t comfortable giving them PII as it was clear my info had already been used without my consent, and I had no way of knowing if this was a scam or legit business. Still, they kept asking for my DOB, cut me off anytime I tried to say something to explore other info or offer other ways to look me up (phone #, email - both of which they were sending notifications to already), making snippy comments, and eventually hung up on me when I asked them to stop cutting me off. I never write reviews, and have genuinely never had such a bad experience with a so-called professional service. I can only assume based on the interaction that this place is indeed a scam. If it is actually a therapist office, would not recommend given office staff clearly doesn’t have an empathetic bone in their body.

Their billing department is the WORST! They make you authorize payments before visits but take money from your account when they deem it necessary. My daughter's therapist canceled visits, and failed to return phone after phone call. They took money for a visit they they themselves canceled and proceed to tell me it goes to a past due, then took all the money that was passed due, including their canceled visit. Go somewhere else, keep your cards off file and say your prayers that you get away without their shade. I should have looked at the better business bureau before signing up. That would would have been enough deterrent.

HUGE MONEY GRAB SCHEME AND TO THOSE MOST VULNERABLE, IT'S ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPER WORK.

I made an appointment online. I needed to cancel the appointment. I realized I could not cancel online or on the portal. The only way to cancel was to call. I was on hold for 10 minutes before they gave me the opportunity to leave a message and get a call back, which I opted for. I never got a call back. This was on a Friday. My appointment was for the following Tuesday. I called again on Monday and after a 15-minute hold, spoke to a woman who said they had a 48-hour cancellation fee policy and since I was cancelling 24 hours before, I would be charged the cancellation fee. I explained that I had called on Friday and not gotten a call back, so I should not be charged. The next day, I got a text with my statement so I could pay my balance. I never even saw a provider and I can tell this is a sketchy organization.

This place ia a disgraced they have therapist that have experience they say but only to talk about themselves for a hour. They made an appointment with my son underage and I didnt know when i tried to cancel it they charged me 100 spoke to Amanda which was very rude and talking over me to get no where she hung up on me twice will never use again
