They have the worst billing department and explanation ever. They are supposed to charge weekly if you are seeing a therapist but in our case they let charges accrue then without notice charged the card on file a large amount, after we cleared the balance we were told, but more charges had not been covered it was a nightmare. A mental health place causes anguish with their billing so now you need more therapy. What the drama? Disgusting

This place is shit..one on quebec anyway..I went for a week they tried mens already..went in total 3 weeks..on week didnt feel like talking therapist called ask why .tried telling him and say I would go next week hung up on me..wrote review on thier site they took it down..that's why u only see positive reviews on thier site..place is a joke

Elizabeth burghardt is the worst therapist she’s will just take the attacker/ abuser side because there your parents do your self a favor and pick another therapist she ain’t worth the 20$ worst lady at life stance hands down she will get you arguing more and more with your parents till you blow up because you’ve been burning anger and lot of trauma and you will crashout just pick someone else

Can't get any lower. These crooks charged me for a telehealth appointment that had no sound. The provider lied and claimed there was an session. I fought this tooth and nail for more than a year. They let it go long enough that I thought it had been resolved. SURPRISE! It went to collections. These charlatans aren't worth my credit score. I am however going to report them to Medicare for fraud. This has been going on since 10/2024

My experience with LifeStance was deeply troubling and I cannot recommend their services. My therapist was inappropriate during what should have been a safe and supportive space for me. While I was particularly vulnerable, he made a threatening comment during one session, and he was overly harsh and defensive in another where I was upset. When I communicated about these two instances, he did not acknowledge or apologize at all. I had also a very poor experience with my psychiatrist that worked at LifeStance. She also too dismissed my illness by saying it ‘was all in my head’ which is a very harmful clinical response coming directly from someone who is supposed to work in mental health care. There was no accountability taken by this psychiatrist when I brought this to her attention just like with the therapist I worked with. Mental health care requires trust, compassion, and professionalism. My providers at LifeStance demonstrated none of these qualities.

Great therapists, absolute trash company.

Run for the hills! My daughter found them online, because they have an obvious massive online presence. My daughter is 19 and before she knew it. They had done any evaluation and scheduled one session without even talking about cost, then she gets a Bill in the mail for $700 for 1.5 hours of nothing. This is not geared for mental health. This is geared to take advantage of people, and take their money Real therapist discussed the cost ahead of time. It is not hidden. This was total bait and switch.

This company has only added to my anxiety and depression. A year ago, when I started with them, they told me an appointment was booked, then right before the appointment told me no appointment had been booked and I'd have to wait another month. Then, last month, I booked an appointment with a new provider. A week prior to the appointment (after waiting a month for it) then told me the provider actually wasn't taking patients and I'd now have to wait an additional 2 months. Beyond upset and really need a therapist.
