My doctor actually listens to me and acts accordingly. She was a life saver. I felt myself on the verge of a hospitalization but was able to avoid it with some med changes. Now I feel like a human being. I'd recommend her and LifeStance to anyone.

I absolutely love my therapist Kelly Pierce! She's like talking to a girlfriend and I enjoy my weekly sessions with her. I have had therapists in the past through zoom who never had service and would cut sessions short and felt like I never got anywhere. Totally different experience with Kelly.I highly recommend her.

Linda is knowledgable and communicates that knowledge with clarity and empathy.

I was very impressed overall. I was able to get an appointment quickly, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Samantha was so warm and knowledgeable. She has a wealth of information about medications and side effects. She shared tips readily. She is a great listener. She gave me hope.

Not certain why the one star reviews; my experience has been nothing but pleasant, phone call are always answered, never have I been billed erroneously, my provider seems caring and competent, all decisions are mine to accept or reject, and medication is presented as a component of my care, not an absolute necessity, per se. Today I would rate this as my best experience, and I've been through multiple providers and medications trying to find a workable solution. I'm sticking with LifeStance as I, for once, feel as though they are providing a way forward for me.
