We're really sorry, Kim. Placing an order on Oct 10 and still seeing “processing” on Oct 19 is not acceptable, especially when we've always been exceptionally fast. After our Sept 20 system change, many orders have taken longer than they should to move through processing. That’s an explanation, not an excuse. We're truly sorry for your experience, Scottina. You placed an order on October 8 and didn’t see any tracking or a timely response - that’s frustrating, and we regret it. Here’s what we’ve done: your order had not shipped, so a full refund has been credited back to your original payment method. Depending on the card issuer, it may take a few business days to appear on your statement. By way of explanation (not an excuse): during our recent technology transition, some orders were slow to advance to fulfillment at the same time call and email volume spiked. That overlap made it hard to get answers quickly, and we’re sorry you were caught in it. Thank you for your patience and for being with us since 2024. The treats themselves haven’t changed in formulation — the difference you’re seeing and feeling is due to an equipment change during production. This shift temporarily affected the texture and appearance, but the recipe and ingredients remain the same.
