Company Melt Down; They implemented a new software and it's destroying the company. They aren't shipping, over billing, billing early, and have no customer service agents to deal with the issue. There is no "Transparency or Integrity" like they say they are. They do nothing but lie.

I still do not know when or if my order will be shipped. I have only received automated responses. I can't see any of my auto ship information in my account (but I have received 5 auto emails this past week saying the order is processing). I have sent two emails and received an auto response to 1. I waited on hold and accepted a callback and received an auto response. I tried to call again several times, but the number is busied out. My old dog is sick from trying to switch his food temporarily (beyond loose stools). What is going on for real?

I was charged twice for the same order. Waited on hold for 2 hours to talk with someone. Finally got a call back in 4 hours, placed an order on the 22nd, card was charged, checked on my site no record of order. Customer service pushed the order through (said it never was sent to be fulfilled) received an email, Know I have been charged again for the same order. Terrible customer service no excuse for this.

I was referred to Life’s Abundance from our breeder. Everything went well until this system upgrade. I have been waiting to hear back since September 23rd. I have ordered 4 bags and received 1 since then. You would think the 1 bag I received was the first one I placed, nope! I have waited on hold for hours, never reaching someone. I have emailed support, no response. I have filled out the contact us form on the website, was sent my own email from their system. I reached out on Instagram and actually got a response but they couldn’t help in anyway. I’m at a complete loss and frustrated. I now have a 1 year old golden that we have to transition to another brand because Life’s Abundance can’t recover from a system upgrade after more than A MONTH!!! I’ve worked in IT and Operations for my entire career and haven’t seen anything like this. System upgrades go wrong, it happens. The poor incident response and apparent lack of change management planning is embarrassing. There also has been no offer from the organization to refund for the extreme delay or discount next order to retain business. Life’s Abundance what is going on?!

Absolutely horrible experience!! Ordered food for my dog that was supposed to be here four days ago and never received it. I called to see what’s going on and was waiting for an hour before I requested a call back once I was next in line. It’s been 4 hours and have received no phone call or my dogs food.

I have been love life abundance for the past 8 yrs , my dogs thrive on the food . That being said this new upgrade that are doing and messed EVERYTHING UP!!!! My auto ship orders never shipped and my dogs I had to get different food from tractor supply and now all of them have loose to stools cause I had none of the normal food they have been on , can’t talk to anyone over the phone now cause of this screw up !!! 3 days I have call and try to wait on hold and after 1 hr each time no answer and no one calls me back !!! They call with and auto response saying how sorry they are about this system mess up !!! This is unacceptable!!!

Timely delivery.

We got a puppy who was eating this food without an issues. The breeder gave us a week of food. I placed an order on October 9 that was scheduled to arrive October 11. I begin calling on October 14 without response. I have called numerous times and held for hours, left call back numbers, and sent emails. I still haven’t received a response. It’s been over 2 weeks and they have the money and the order. The charge isn’t pending, they have charged the card and kept the items!
