Very timely delivery
Very timely delivery. This recent delivery is missing a bag of food. I did add it late; but I have been billed for it and it says 2 on the invoice. 10/22/26

Product was fine but last two shipments…
Product was fine but last two shipments that arrived the outer box was severely damaged. Not sure what fedex is doing but wanted to let you know.

I liked the fast shipping and the…
I liked the fast shipping and the product. I didn't like that the bag the product was cut causing the product to empty all over the floor. It took me a while to pick it all up.

Delivery was left along the long…
Delivery was left along the long (uphill) driveway shared with two neighbors, not near my house (at the top of the hill). Last delivery was left at my neighbor’s house; in months past it was dropped off as every other delivery person for other products.

The bag of dog food had a hole in it…
The bag of dog food had a hole in it and about 1 cup of kibble was loose in the box. No damage visible on the outer shipping box. Everything else was as expected.

I get two different delivery dates
I get two different delivery dates, one from life’s abundance and one from FedEx. It would be nice to only get one so that I can make sure the delivery gets put in the house as soon as possible.
