The lightning port flap on my iPhone 6 case broke after about 7-8 months, but I filed a warranty claim and received a new case within a week. The man on the customer service line was very nice and accommodating. I was nervous that claiming my warranty would be a hassle, but the company clearly puts lots of resources into customer satisfaction. This is A+ company, and I won't hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

I bought this iPhone 6plus charging case that completely encases the phone, that was 7 days ago. I dropped my phone from a bent over position... AND MY PHONE SCREEN SHATTERED! NOT AS DROP PROOF AS THEY ADVERTISE. Not even a scuff on the case! They are going to send me another charging case, but I have to fix my phone. The parts, such as the gaskets to seal off the charging port is already falling off. I paid A LOT of money for this fancy case, and it DOES NOT STAND UP TO THE HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS ADVERTISED 😩 Not worth this much money in my opinion! SO FRUSTRATED!

1. phone case didn't protect from water damage and now my phone is completely broken 2. life proof customer service said they can't help pay for my new phone 3. customer service also said that sometimes the case won't work after external damage (even though it's supposed to be life proof) 4. they offered me a new phone CASE if I go through the warranty claim but why would I want another garbage phone case 5. paid over 100$ for the case and now I need to pay another 500$ to replace my phone that's broken thanks to the case !

I got a life proof waterproof case. I was trying to register the warranty and they are telling me they can't help me that there should have been a blue piece a paper in with the case that had warranty information on it, and without that they can't do anything. Now I have to go back to Verizon, and we all know how helpful they are. So the outcome looks grim, paid extra for protection that I will likely not be getting. I could have bought a nice case for half the cost, and a lot less aggravation.

I have the 6 PLUS and I have the Nuud case and dropping it off my couch completely shattered the screen! Drop proof my butt!!! Then when I called they didn't really give me any sort of explenation. My case is not old at all, one drop from my couch should not have completely ruined my screen... I'm livid.

I tested the case before I put paper in, it was dry when I pulled it out, so I put my phone in 4 months later everything worked until I dropped it in my pool for about 3 min. Which is 3 ft deep got it out and the whole thing was saturated. No more phone for me. Also I had no insurance because it was "life proof".

It is a tricky way to make you pay double the original price. Nothing tells you about those charges until you paid with PayPal

Love the life proof case! It is really good for protection against water and dirt. I had one for my previous phone and bought one again. The only reason it's getting only three stars is because the registration process sucks. Basically they make it so difficult to register that you will never get the warranty. The good news is you probably will never need to worry about this if you take reasonable care of your phone, because the life proof case is there to protect it!
