i've never written a review before but I have to weigh in here on the life proof headphone adapter. The headphone adapter DOES NOT WORK! The first one worked almost 2 weeks and then it started coming loose from the case so I'd be in quiet room and all of a sudden music would be blasting. Then static started happening with the music. Then the sound got very faint. Then it stopped working altogether. I tried it with different headphones. Tried it with the second adapter. By the way, Life Proof does not automatically send the second headphone adapter as their website advertises. You have to call for it. They send a new case but then there's no headphone adapter. It's very frustrating. In any case, I tried it with the second headphone adapter and that never worked at all. Tried 3 different headphones. Called the company and although their customer service is very nice and pleasant, all they could do to remedy the situation was to send me yet another headphone adapter. This one had the adapter part so large that my headphone jack did not even fit in snuggl- just fell out. This is a dealbreaker if you like listening to music every day. Why on earth did they make the O-ring so large that it needs an adapter at all? Why not have the headphone fit directly into the iPhone through the case?

I was initially excited to get this case, but when I did I quickly found out that the front cover made it very hard to text. I tried to reposition it- still no luck. The front cover is not flush with the phone, making it difficult to impossible to send a quick text or email without hitting all the wrong keys. I tried to return it, and they would not accept the return because it was not still in the box (even though it was in PERFECT condition and had all accessories). The service staff had a "too bad, so sad" attitude towards me, and now I am out $100. The least they could have done is given me a partial refund. The front screen is terrible. I can't vouch for other aspects of the case, but if you plan on texting or using your phone, or if you appreciate good customer service, DO NOT GET THIS CASE!

Bought my first S4 fre case...I ended up returning it 2 weeks later because people on the other end of my call couldn't hear. I had to re-register my new case; customer service confirmed this. My second case was great...unfortunately, it leaked in the pool and ruined my phone. No big deal. Filed my warranty claim (which was the whole reason I bought the TWPP) and then it was rejected! They said that my screenshot wasn't of the right #...but this was never rejected when they said that I had successfully registered my warranty (which, I'll add, takes about 20 minutes). SO FRUSTRATED!

I am consistently a klutz with my phone, and no case has been able to stand up to the number of mishaps I have until now. These products truly live up to their name. Great for your everyday phone dropper!

I have the best iPhone case from LifeProof that's not only waterproof, but also drop proof and super slim. It has a great design and comes with a selection of color options. It enables me to bring my phone with me literally everywhere. I love it!

I am a very clumsy person when it comes to electronics. I always drop my phone. Thanks to LifeProof, my iPhone has survived countless drops and even being dunked in water. I will never use another case. LifeProof is the best!!

I love the nuud case that allows me to physically touch the screen while keeping the case waterproof. This case let's me mount my phone to my bike and ride in any conditions. I can't tell you how many times Lifeproof cases have saved my clumsy girlfriend from a shattered iPhone either.

Anyone who owns an iPhone should have a Lifeproof case. It's saved my phone from an untimely death on more than one occasion. I also bought my mom a case for her iPad, and she loves it.
