When I first got my iPhone6, I immediately got a life proof case for it. I'm very hard on my phone, and I knew I would need it. After 2 years of having this same case, my case was really beaten up and I knew I would need another one. I called customer service in hopes of maybe getting mine replaced, and they were amazing! The girl working for customer service, Britney, was super friendly, very helpful, and great to talk to! She got my case replaced for me in no time! I would recommend their services to anyone!

I recently spoke to two separate reps, Mike (and the other name slipped my mind) were absolutely fantastic!! They were friendly, attentive and fixed my issue in no time. Stellar support coupled with a phenomenal product has turned me into a LifeProof customer for life!

I accidentally left my phone on the roof of my car and drove off. Was on a main highway and I heard a thump, and at that point remembered my phone was on my roof. Pulled the car over and went to play frogger in the highway and get my phone back. I watched the phone get run over a few times, which the last one pulled the case off of my phone. I picked up all 3 pieces (my phone and 2 parts of the nuud case). The only damage was a little bit of road rash and camera lense shattered. Phone still in working condition, and not even a scratch on the screen. The case was too mangled to put back on, so I went right out and bought a new one. Will never have any case other then lifeproof because of me being stupid and always dropping it. Amazing!

Dropped my phone, screen first. At first i thought this would be the end, but only was of the case. The clip from the charger broke, contacted lifeproof and they've replaced it. Perfect.

Let me tell you how this case saved me last night. First off I was hammered drunk, Im talking about a 3 day drinking binge drunk, don't even know your name drunk, so drunk that you regret some of the texts you send out drunk. Well obviously when you drink like I did, you have to take a major leak and drain that main vein. Well somehow as I go to pee I drop my phone in the toilet, and instead of taken my phone out, I proceed to pee in the toilet. And instead of trying to not hit my phone I just go straight on it. Why? Because at that point I was committed to it, once I pulled it out there was no turning back, and legit I peed so much it sounded like I turned the faucet on full blast and let the water run. After taken my phone out running it under water and cleaning it, the jawn still works. BRAND NEW iPhone 7+ works completely fine, not a damn thing wrong with it. So thanks lifeproof because you came in clutch for my drunk self last night, you the real MVP!

Customer Service may be okay but case is awful !!!!! two months in to have phone dropped may be two feet at most, face side down and shattered screen.........kept shattered screen, dropped second time last week maybe 18inches from couch to floor and phone is history......Cannot enter passcode on touchscreen....never protected phone....hard to hear anyone on other end......HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
