What's lower than 1 star? I have an iPhone 6 Plus The headphone adapter cable broke so they sent me a new one For a Samsung. So I called him and told me they sent me the wrong one so 11 days later I got two new ones in the mail. For an iPhone 6s. I would rate them a 10 out of 10 if I had a Samsung or an iPhone 6s. But since I have an iPhone 6 Plus and all of the cables they sent me won't work with my phone I'm going to give them one star

Lifeproof has by far and away the best customer service of any company ever!!! Every company should model their customer service around them! Thank You lifeproof for the way that you honor your warrant! I will never ever by anything but lifeproof cases for my phones! I needed a replacement for my lifeproof case when the headphone jack was stripped, the women (Tara I think) who helped me was fantastic and so helpful. This woman deserves a million dollars every day because she was amazing.

Got the lifeproof case for galaxy s7 at first I loved it it was so slim and nice then I dropped it on the ground 3 days later not even 2 feet high from the ground and the corner broke and made it not waterproof anymore. Then a month later the charger port broke so now it doesn't close. Not buying from them again.

In love with this phone case!! I lead a very sporty lifestyle so needed a phone case that would keep up with me! My phone has been dropped on countless occasions and Ive also taken it swimming, climbing and skiing. The Fre phone case is amazing and I love the sleek design! The charging port cover cracked, and I was sent a new free phone case within 4 days, no problems at all and very friendly customer service. Overall, amazing customer service, couldn't recommend this phone case and company enough <3

Yes, the cases both lost their "waterproofness", but I can afford to scrap up 5 dollars for them to ship me a $100 product because the plastic that covers the home button fell off. By far the best customer service I've had the pleasure of calling. Both times they were very understanding and engaging. Every month or so, I recommend testing the case by submerging it and putting toilet paper inside to see if water is getting in. You should also do this if you plan on going somewhere where there is a chance your phone will be submerged. Great company.

I have had problems with lifeproof from day one!! My phone was a total loss and they were very rude not understanding at all! Information was mixed up I talked to like 10+ different people they all say different things! Then wanna charge a stupid fee after I just bought the case! my memory card and my sim card are a loss all my info.... gone but they want that money! I would definitely not recommend this company at all!! I should have just spent the extra money and got a new waterproof phone! I would rate them less than a star if it was possible

If you are giving good reviews on a "pleasant conversation" you had with a customer service rep from LifeProof, sod off. LifeProof cases are complete garbage. My girlfriend and I spent over $160 USD on our cases and 3 months later both of our power jack doors have inherently destroyed the little ledge its supposed to snap on to. Let me repeat myself. The LifeProof door destroyed itself. LifeProof cases apparently are not LifeproofLifeProof. My phone case now has a flappy door and is no longer ANYTHING PROOF! I have not yet called customer service, but I will post another review of whether or not they want to rip me off another 5 bucks for shipping. Screw that! They are going to replace both of my cases for free or bust! A $80 phone case should last more than 3 months AGAINST ITSELF!!!
