Quite simply. They suck! The rubber bumper came off in less than a year! On a $90 case. It’s a piece of crap.

I dropped my iPhone X out the window of the car while using the life proof case going 35 mph and there was not a scratch on it! I totally recommend the life proof case!

The case is of average quality and offers average protection, but adds pretty significantly to the weight of the phone. Most annoyingly, however, is the fact that the connector for headphones does work...in other words to use headphones you have to take the phone out of the case! This makes the case more of a burden than a value-added. Our advice: Don't buy.

False advertisement of their product will not help in fixing of a phone that their case is suppose to protect!! Isn't this why we spent so much money in the first place to protect our already expensive phone. Any one starting a sue case against these company or does any attorney want to take one on???

Do NOT buy!! I bought my daughter one about 6 months ago, with in 2 months the cover for the charger port broke completely off. Today (which only makes the case 6 months old) she dropped it getting out of the car and her screen busted on her phone! This is the biggest JOKE of a protective case I've ever seen in my life. And I pray now that Otter box has joined with them they don't become as big as a joke because I've had the same Otter box case on mine for 3 years dropping it a hundred plus times and my phone is still like new!

So I dropped my phone in a pool today with the so called life proof/ water proof case and when I got it and opened my case there was water all in it. This is false advertising. And when I emailed customer support about my phone charging port not working they told me they can’t do anything to help. Like you ruined my phone by making me believe I could trust your product but I don’t suggest this product at all

Soundproof rather than lifeproof. I purchased a lifeproof fre for my iPhone 8. It’s unusable because it blocks the sound and callers cannot hear me. Don’t waste you money on one.

One star is a lot for them . I got the lifeproof caes for a my galaxy S8 The sales person from tmobile installed for me I never had the opportunity to open my case because I paid like 90 dollar for this i thought that i was safe with this even know volume of my case it came off aren't care till last Saturday I was sipping my coffee and a drop got inside the case that's when I saw my phone have a two crock in the back I just call lifepoop and said sorry that I was that 1% that cases happen and they can't do anything about that's super nice LIFEPOOP now I have to get a new phone I can even said nothing about this ripped off
