2 cases in one year total junk... For a $100 case when there is a problem with the volume buttons

I bought one of their waterproof cases for ipad mini. My Ipad is my computer it never leaves the house. I just wanted a case with water protection for times I watch videos while washing dishes, shaving or even taking a bath. Problem is, the charge port is accessible by a small door that swivels open and the hard plastic the door clips on (to make it watertight) broke within a few months of babying the product. So I contact warranty claims only to be told: ''Sorry we do not make your product anymore you can go and buy one on amazon out of your own money maybe?'' I am left feeling like I bought an overpriced ill-designed, defective product. To add insult to injury, customer service provides no service!

The side has rubbed off. Not from being dropped and they still charged us a shipping fee. I feel that is a defect. Not happy with purchase for my husband. A lot of money. It should hold up better than that.

Have owned Lifeproof cases for both Iphone & Samsung. Always the same old problems with the volume keys sticking, case effecting call quality and screen cover pulling away from case. In 5 yrs with Iphone 6 I had lifeproof case replaced twice under warranty. Case on Samsung S8 is 10 months old and needs replacing, it won't be a lifeproof case. Rubbish product. Expect better for Price.

When u get a faulty lifeproof case, which is in excess of 100 dollars. They expect u 2 remove the phone and take photos of the case on signed sheets of paper along with serial numbers and proof of purchace and type/style/colour. Thats 3 types of proof, all personal details only leaving out DOB. I have a moisture bubble forms under the front screen daily, and have 2 give them my first born child

Good for 2months... after 2months i couldnt use the volume keys, they kept getting stuck and now there is no way to turn it up or down. They headphone jack piece also got stuck in my phone... what a nightmare. When i went to get a replacement LIFEPROOF case they are going to charge u for shipping.... so makes the 90$ case way over 100$ total cost and that's not ideal.. especially if the case has defaults in it already idk why you would invest more money into it. Biggest mistake ever buying this case :/

If you want to use your phone as an actual phone, the lifeproof case is useless. No one can hear me when I speak unless I take the case off, even on speakerphone. My pictures also look horrible because a film develops on the case that cannot be cleaned. Horrible product.

In my opinion Worst cases in the world! Should have gone with my gutt and went to five and below.... my wife and I bought bought new phones in January 2018 with new life proof cases at $85/case! We bought 3, one for our daughter! 3 months goes buy, our cases are falling apart like crazy... 1. Rubber around coming off (both my wife’s and I) 2. Plastic can’t close the case, so it’s unshut correctly (myself case) I’m constinetly working so I’m trying to find time to call them to replace, long story short... my wife replaced her’s They charged her shipping. I’m upset st this moment! She gets her new case not a month later her NEW case that she had replaced falling apart and doing it again! In my line of work I work with clients all day long, I had to take my case off because how bad it was coming apart... as I’m taking my case off I dropped my phone and it broke my phone I am 10 upset now! Would have been better off with a $5 rubber case! My wife called them and they apologized and said we would have to charge you shipping to replace it again! I’m fumming, I got on the phone! Long story short there not budging on the shipping! I HAVE never written reviews ever in my life! I’m on a mission to write reviews for the next year on my experience... I would not, don’t care how cool it might seem as a case... recommend not not not not to buy life proof at all! I’m going to try to upload pictures of our shambled cases above... I can’t put an email address in this review would of loved to send anyone pictures! Can’t express how Not worth the money these cases are Look out for more reviews (I’m acing my email on other review sites if anyone needs to see the pictures for justification email me... Everyone should know how our experience went!
