LifeProof saved my phones life! I was driving with my phone on my dash with my window open. As I was making a turn on the highway, my phone flew off my dash, out the window, and onto the highway. I watched several vehicles RUN my phone over. I immediately pulled into the next parking lot and ran to retrieve my phone. The case is a bit messed up, but my phone is in perfect condition! Thank you LifeProof for saving my phones life. I will never put another case on my phone but the LifeProof. I can't believe the case withstood multiple vehicles run it over.

I had to call the company for a new phone cover. Had the pleasure to talk to a great conversation with customer service. Left a suggestion regarding the cover having a hard time being heard when I use my phone. Glad it was taken in consideration. Great customer service. Can’t wait for the cover to be sent.

I placed an order with LifeProof through their website and realized the shipping address was wrong after submitting the order. There was no way to cancel the order through the website so I emailed customer service and opened a support ticket, sending them the correct shipping address. I quickly received an email telling me that they were working on my issue and would contact me if they needed additional information. Two days later I received a notification that they had shipped my item to the wrong address. I called a customer service rep who said that they only thing I could do was call FedEx and changed the shipping address, which is NOT true–you can't change a shipping address if you're not the shipper. I am EXTREMELY frustrated that I was told they were working on my problem when in fact they were NOT. I doubt that lying to their customers is the best policy. Never buying from LifeProof again.

LOVE my Lifeproif case!!! I cannot shout loud enough my reccomendation for these cases. I am a mom who works full time out of the home while maintaining two extremely active schedules for my two boys (9 &13) . This case has saved my phone so many times! I actually closed my phone in the hinge of the trunk, I broke my case but my phone was perfect & lifeproof replaced my cracked case immediately (it was under 1 yr. Old). My 13 yr old left his phone in pj pants pocket and it went through a complete wash cycle in my washing machine! I took it out and the phone was fine! Still worked no moisture issues at all! My phone is in prestine condition out of the case. I am not sure what is going on with the "bad review" people because my family has had the polar opposite experience. 5 Stars All the way! I WILL ALWAYS BUY LIFEPROOF

This siht weak asf, only had the $140 case for four months and nobody can hear a dam thing I say, so I gotta take it out of the case when someone wants to call me and then I gotta take it out again when I need to call someone it’s daylight Robery for something that doesn’t last all the homies be saying speak yo dam voice up you a mute or something, I just wanna replacement so everyone can here my annoying voice loud and clear

Piece of crap. Purchased at suggestion of TMobile rep. About to ATTEMPT to order 2nd replacement in less than a year. Was told it would keep out dust, and protect phone. Phone is full of dust, phone is cracked, buttons do not work, and other party cannot hear you on the phone. It was a TOTAL waste of money and still costing money for shipping. What a rip off. Irritated doesn't begin to describe how I feel.

Excellent customer service - they are truly phenomenal. You want to call them just to chat - that says a lot. They are innovators in the business world with their emphasis on top quality customer service. People these days want to deal with reputable companies that treat their customers with respect, LifeProof does that. Oh, and their products are great - very robust. Highly recommended.

Galaxy s8 clear screen sucks, has dents, no scratch resistance, doesn't transfer to push buttons very well, Not what ATT said!
