I got pink eye and signed up with lifemd to get a prescription to deal with it. Someone got with me quickly, but when we hit a technical hitch (site didn't recognize my ID photo upload) they disappeared and nobody got back with me for DAYS. Waste of money.

Extreme lack of communication sometime…
Extreme lack of communication sometime it takes a week or two just for someone to answer a simple question no one is giving me the steps or what I should do in order to have insurance cover the cost of anything however, I am still being charged, a monthly membership fee, which I don’t understand why I’m in charge of monthly membership fee when I can only talk to someone twice a month so I am requesting a refund.

Overall the experience has been very good. The initial sign up was a little confusing with a lot of different pricing, so I was sure what i was paying until three end. The rest of the process has been great and the team has been really helpful
