Excellent Customer Service
I contacted customer service and spoke to Ruslan Pipenko. Mr. Pipenko was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered my questions regarding pricing and assisted me with the LifeMD portal. Mr. Pipenko was patient and provided exceptional services.

LifeMD has been excellent to work with.
LifeMD has been responsive, and they have answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. I recently needed a prescription in a hurry since I was leaving for 2 weeks, and they jumped through hoops to get it to me on time.

Ashley was a huge help at explaining…
Ashley was a huge help at explaining everything, I had started to go thru the online application however it was somewhat confusing. I decided to call and got someone who was very hard to understand, so I told her thank you, but I would have to hang up and call back hoping I would get someone who was speak better English. o I called back and Ashley was great at explaining how it works and some of the cost. She was great.
