The experience was really disappointing. First of all, I am a returning customer and I wanted to reinstate my previous rate for the medication, but this was denied. I was asked to pay more than double, and no discount or effort was made to rebuild the relationship. I also paid my membership fee and booked a doctor’s appointment when I returned, but the doctor never showed up. I had to wait another week for another appointment. When I finally spoke with the doctor, she was very kind and I still like her, but she said she was on vacation and wasn’t sure why the appointment was scheduled. This showed clear inconsistencies in the system. Overall, I felt like no one was willing to meet me halfway, even though I am a returning customer and only asked to keep my previous rate. This made me feel undervalued, so I decided to cancel my membership. Very disappointing experience.
