Dr. Asunta Moduthagam really has been very helpful to me on my journey. She always returns the message and make sure to send in my prescription timely. If I leave a message within 24 hrs I always hear back from her. I am greatly pleased with my experience with LifeMD. Thank you Dr. Asunta!

Your app is daunting .. I received request to do an update on my progress prior to a reorder.. and there isn't any link for an update .. what gives?

Just easy to get set up. Useful check-ins. Always get a timely notice for changes is dosage. Minimal delays in receiving product, and update when that has been an issue. (Only once, and not much of a delay)

This is a scam. It’s been a month and have not received my medication. Now I get a message to renew. I’ve paid for the initial consult, which they were quick to take your money on that. I go to cancel my membership on the app and it won’t cancel. I get a message that says they will review info with the pharmacy. Just cancel and refund the $200 plus that I paid for a scam

I have been with LifeMD for 6 Months and have had nothing but issues. Their compounding pharmacies cannot get the product out in a timely manner. I have had to come off the medication 3 times and basically “start over”. LifeMD customer support is all promises and has not followed through on one promise they have made. Save your money and find a provider you can depend on.
