Great appointment with NP, great success with weight loss medication. Didn’t realize that it was an automatic monthly auto draft. I thought I just signed up for 1 month. Ended up being paying for 4 extra months, called customer service, she was very nice and understanding and said they will be refunding me those extra 4 months. I was surprised that they didn’t give me any hassle. Awesome experience!! Great service!!
