Multiple accounts created. Tech support could not fix. Mobile app impossible to work with. Did not hear from Doctor as scheduled. Appointment disappeared 5 mins before scheduled and was logged in for zoom call an hour early.

I’ve pretty much given up on losing weight after trying nearly every possible way. And once GLP-1 meds became available, I tried going the insurance route but that was a hell no-go. Then I hopped on the Googler machine & did a little research about the overwhelming amount of online programs & settled on LifeMD. It was an easy choice, really. They were the most responsive & affordable among other really important criteria. I’ve been taking the medication since May 2024 & I’m done 48 #! The weight has just fallen away & I couldn’t be happier.

Overall, not pleased. They over charge for their ‘medical knowledge’ but don’t really give you answers. They charge monthly even if you dont refill for a few months. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to a real dr! These people do not care about you! Just your money!!
