Their rx included plan. It cuts the cost and helps me have access to medication I otherwise could not afford.

I placed an order for Ramelteon as I have trouble sleeping. After placing the order I sent a quick note to my doctor letting him know and he told me I should not be taking it due to my asthma (I was not asked if I had asthma during the questionnaire at the website). So within less than an hour, before my order was even reviewed by LifeMD health provider, I called back to ask that the order not be processed. I got a super rude person on the phone who told me "they don't do takebacks" and "all sales are final". I explained that they hadn't even had my order reviewed by their doctor, processes, or shipped, or anything. But he said I placed the order and it was final. That is really jut a bad business practice. I expected much better.
