I had a fantastic experience with William
I had a fantastic experience with William. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. So far the customer service exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated the clear communication and attention to detail throughout the process. So far at this point after meeting William, I'm hopeful that I will have a good experience whilst on my health journey.

I have been with LifeMD since Oct
I have been with LifeMD since Oct. 2024. I am losing weight, just very slowly. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Asunta Moduthagam, She was so thorough and took her time with me. I am really feeling better about my journey since visiting we her.

Kenny D. was so very helpful with my app problem. He was able to go through and to fix everything for me. He set my mind at ease that I wouldn’t miss my doctor appointment and was very caring on the phone.

Positive experience
Honestly, my experience with lifemd has been great! Both providers I have seen so far (Madeline and Xiomara) have taken the time to explain each of my options to me and were really empathetic to my situation.

Melody!
Melody!! What a true asset she is!!! Though I have not committed to LifeMD it is not due to her it’s because of her that I see this as an option to hold safe in my back pocket. I’m stubbornly going to keep seeking through mindset and determination and commitment to my own personal success journey… Melody showed patience and consideration that is not easy when someone has to turn it away. She should be commended for options she explained and hope she instills that there is hope somewhere.
