I called three times trying to change my prescription. No one seems to be able to do it. I also emailed support and my doctor. No response from either. I guess I will just use OTC and other methods for what I need. I really for the life of me cannot understand why simply changing a prescription is so difficult, and the lack of response is beyond frustrating.

We apologize for the difficulty you experienced changing your prescription and the lack of response. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are looking into why your request was not handled efficiently and will work to improve our communication processes.

The price and ease of ordering. Not to mention the quick shipping. Asunta Moduthagam has been nothing but helpful. I tried another company not saying the 3 letter reference starting with H but it was a scam and they try and take your money and not deliver. I highly recommend Lifemd to everyone.
