I was a customer of RexMD and was referred to LifeMD. I had some concerns that I wanted to address prior to signing up so I thought I would call. That turned out to be the best move for me. I ended up speaking to Katherine and explaining my circumstances. She understood everything I told her and in less than 10 minutes I was signed up and continuing my journey. Katherine was extremely nice and understanding. My stress level went from 10 to nonexistent in less than 5 minutes! Thank you, Katherine, and thank you LifeMD!
