The frustration that I have experienced has been with the App and with the process to get my prescription renewed. The rep did inform me that this is not an isolated incident, and IT is aware and is working on it. For the cost of the service, it is appreciated that this is being worked on and will be resolved quickly. It is imperative to me that somebody be notified that the customer service I received today from Will was exceptional. Will was informative, helpful, kind, patient and did everything he could to help me get my issue resolved. He did a fabulous job. Thank you, Will!
