I signed up with LifeMD in July 2025 As others have mentioned, they charge you your first monthly “membership” charge before they do anything. The wait for your initial consultation can be up to a month. When I complained about the time frame, they were able to get an earlier consultation for me, so that was a plus. Probably my biggest complaint is that the only way to reach anyone is through the messaging on their app. Sometimes they answer you in a day, sometimes it’s much longer. This is the main reason I left them for another company was the non-responsiveness. They have very little interest in helping you with insurance.
