I have just spoken to Paul Johnson at Life Ionizer, and he is taking personal care in solving an issue I've had about not receiving an order of replacement filters (21 September 2020). As of now, I am completely satisfied.

We have had our water purifier, Ionizer for a year and have been pleased with it. We test the ph of water and is running like it is suppose to. It started letting us know that we need to change one of the filters. Got ahold of the company and set up a automatic shipment. It is nice that the machine lets you know. Hope filters come as easy as ordering them. Thank you!

Machine is great! Sometimes water dispenses slowly. But okay because the quality of water is always at top. Sometimes difficulty ordering supplies. Have to call several times because I leave message, but no return call.
