This was a fantastic experience! I have had a machine since 2009. I am trading it in for a new one. Thai was extremely helpful and fun to deal with.

I took too much Amoxicillin and I got acid stomach, i tried different acid reduce pills but it did not work. I saw tv ads about the alkaline water, so i tried this machine MXL 15, I drank water from this machine for 2 months and I dont feel stomach ache anymore. I owned this machine for 3 years. My wife loves it. But the only I did not like it. when I ordered the machine the saleman promised me that he would give me free 2 bottles, I am still waiting .

I have been using the Pitcher of Life for years and love it. Saves so much money and waste than buying bottled water. I use it for drinking water and cooking. Tastes great!

I am a Health Care Professional and I researched many different companies and units before I purchased the MXL-15. When I received the unit, customer support was very helpful in getting the settings correct for my personal needs. I like this unit because you can get the alkalinity above 11.0 without the use of Chemical additives, as I use this water for some personal uses. When making this water, you can actually see the hydrogen bubbles in the water, and I like the fact that the machine has UV light. Since using this water, we have not been sick all winter and feel great. Another feature we love is the unit is under the sink with a very stylish faucet that is easy to operate.

I love the ionizer itself but do not like the fact that the filters take so long to come in. I ordered and paid $400+ for filters in September 2020 and it is now February 2021 and still no filters. The company should do itself a favor and keep a large number of filters in stock. It causes them to appear shady when someone pays for an item that they do not receive at least 5 months later. Credit card should not be charged until the item is shipped.

I've been using my life ionizer for over 5 years and have really enjoyed the benefits. My biggest appreciation is how much easier it is for me to drink the purified, alkaline water to get my daily amount. Before I struggled with the smell of chlorine in tap water and as a result staying hydrated. The life ionizer has become such an important fixture in my home and health, I even fill up bottles when I travel - which makes staying in a hotel so much easier.
