Very unreliable. They said items ships 2 months after you order but they charged you when you order. Not good customer service. Really expensive.It’s been 2 months still no tracking.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Absolutely love the quality of the water. Think it has enhanced our immune system due to elevated alkalinity in the body. There are many products on the market that may be less costly but the quality is what you pay for at the end.

Life Ionizer MXL series does a great job at providing alkaline water at varying levels of alkalinity. Dependable for providing a pH of 10 to 11 consistently.

I have been an over of the 7700 Series and now have the MX-15. I recently within the last yr bought 2 of the MX-15's, upgrades for myself and son. I am an RN and cured my own cancer the natural way by detoxification, the best water filtration system to make sure all impurities get filtered out, coffee enemas, (with only 11.5PH H20) to make sure the smallest molecules get absorbed and filters out toxins, that only my Life Ionizer could have done. I love most that I have no taste of any metals or anything else and my water gets instantly absorbed when I drink it, without feeling full because the molecules get smaller and easily absorbed after getting filtered out. I can drink more H2O & get better hydrated which is huge since we are all markedly dehydrated. I think clearer when my brain is better hydrated. My next purchase is the house filtration system since our skin is our largest organ, and in the shower has the greatest surface area that we need filtered so our body doesnt absorb all the toxins in our water system. Our city's arent filtering out the toxic carcinogenic chemicals in our water.

I recently experienced a problem obtaining replacement filters for my life ionizer MXL-15 water system. I have owned the unit since 2018 and had never had a problem getting filters. Understandably, with the pandemic, having dificulty getting filters, I got frustrated. I finally reached out to Paul at Life ionizer and he resolved the problem, renewing my faith in this great company.

I give this product 5 stars. I've used their product for over 10 years, and recently upgraded to the MXL-15 which I'm even more pleased with. I use it for drinking and cooking. I'm up to drinking a gallon of water daily because the water taste so good making it easy to drink. Also, my customer service contact Thai Cabados is the best and is always very helpful.
