Gave my mom and me the security she needed to live alone

System and mechanical equipment have given us no problems at all, customer support and response time is great. Got this for my mom and am pleased with all aspects of this product.

Really like the service

This is a great service 99% of the time, but they need to be careful and follow the customer's protocol/procedure when an alarm occurs. If the protocol is to call a family member first before dispatch of an ambulance, then this should be done. Otherwise, an ambulance will dispatch and police get involved to help the LifeFone recipient sometimes causing undue stress and home damages when the recipient has had a false alarm. In summary, please make sure that the LifeFone recipient's protocol is followed at all times. This service 99% of the time is an excellent service that provides peace of mind to family members of the LifeFone recipient.

Efficient and the recent need of your services were just like clockwork!!

You kept my mother alive 1 1/2 years longer because she had Lifefone. She pushed the pendant and remembered red ambulance lights before passing out. The quickness of the ambulance response was because of Lifefone. My mother passed away recently and Lifefone could not have saved her. It was quick. She called 911 because she thought she would be ok. We never know our final day on earth. And Lifefone gave us 1 1/2 years more. Thank you. Marijane Anton

The service is excellent. Not pleased with the new neck pendant. Use to have a metal ring and nice shape. Now plastic and not as nice
