We have used LifeFone for over a year in my mom's home. It has worked just as advertised. We know this because my mom has successfully called for assistance on two occasions.

I really love the fact that Lifefone has given my family member the confidence to feel safe and secure being on their own. They love the fact that their system can be used for in and out of the home since they are independent and always on the move. The best part I believe are the staff members, from the sales representatives that do not make you feel as if you have to purchase something to the EXCELLENT customer service skills from the people who answer the alarms. I would definitely refer anyone who is looking for an emergency system to purchase from Lifefone.

I live 7 miles from a very small town. I wore it picking up walnuts when I was home alone. I was unaware that it had gone off when I had gone to my knees until my family called when i went inside and said the ambulance was on its way, was I all right. I called and told them I was up and all right. It works even in a rural area surrounded by national forest.

Billing has been a problem and the customer needs to be aware of what they should be charged and monitor the billings to ensure they are correct. when they sent replacement necklace device due to low battery they didn't send the one with fall detection which is what I had. I was thinking about eliminating fall detection so took that as a sign that it was then the time to do so. Thankfully I have not had a need to use it other then for testing but good to know it is there if needed.

I can't say enough about the speed to my call for help. They notified my two sons, and they were also amazed at the speed with which the ambulance was here. It is a great comfort to me to know I can count on your service/ Thank you.

Great company and reasonable prices. I wouldn't use anyone else. LifeAlert is too expensive and troublesome (used them in the past). I would only use Lifefone. There's no one else I can trust better.
