I have found the company meets my needs and I am satisfied with them

I am losing confidence in Lifefone. When I push the button it takes too long for the customer service to get back to me. I am not feeling that this is a service I can feel will save me lile. I am now looking into other alerts that I feel will be there for me when I need them.

I don't just how to put it into words. LifeFone has giving me and others a peace of mind, knowing I'm safe here at home living by myself.

It gives mom a sense of security

Needed contact with a live person recently due to an emergency at my Mom's house. Got their voicemail. Had to leave a message and got no return call from this company. Will be looking for a new emergency response company

We recently added the fall protection service to our LifeFone, but have had difficulties with that service. Every night, when Claire lies down in bed for go to sleep, the LifeFone goes off. The only explanation given, is that it is because she is lying down. We got the LifeFone for protection, but it keeps going off for no reason.

Some one is always there to answer your call. The representatives are caring and kind. They always answer your call as soon as possible. I am satisfied with their service and quality of care.
