I never got any type of confirmation email that I was signed up for the service. Then I was charged $3 & some change.
Response from LifeEnergyApr 15, 2019
Cally - thank you for your candid feedback. We have escalated your account to our web team as confirmations are automatically scheduled to go out after the account is enrolled and clearly this is a shortcoming on our end. The customer care team also took the opportunity to submit your account to the Operations team for a full review of why you were billed. With that said, customer care has waived the $3 as you shouldn't have to wait until the research is completed. Should you ever need anything else, please feel free to contact us at Care @LifeEnergy.com.
