NEW SERVICE
I called on a Monday to change my apartment number... was on hold a bit over 30 minutes. The representative that answered made that so much better merely by the customer service that was provided. She addressed my apartment change immediately and was so kind. I am a little remiss that getting in touch with this company was so difficult... hoping that is NOT the norm... but if the customer service remains constant... I believe that I will be satisfied choosing Life energy as my provider!

Haven’t had any interaction with them…
Haven’t had any interaction with them yet, but the sign up process was easy and the price was good. Interested to see what offers they have after the first 3 months; or if I will have to to change from them.

They came to the house and promised us…
They came to the house and promised us a smaller bill but every month it got higher and higher and we paid a lot more than we would have through our regular Electric Company
