I didnt appreciate the guy that came and said he was from the electric company and said he was just making sure I had the cheapest rate. He didnt tell me he was from a new company and not.the one that I currently had. I dont like being lied to Now I'm in a contract that I can't get out of without a penalty.

They were such in a rush to give me a rate that was much Higher than PPL. But left saying I would get a lower rate than what was on my bill they demanded to see. I really hope they don’t do this to the elderly people who might not have computers to look at the contract that was emailed to me.

I wish i never would've switched because you charge more than what i was paying and the salesman was selling it good and i just got lost in the jist of it and now you charge $140 to cancel and my electric bill was $40 more this month

very expensive (much higher than local default rates) high cancellation fees (much higher than local default fees) high penalty fees (much higher than local default fees) poor incentives (mass ads, including door to door sales, for cash back incentives that do not make up for the high rates and fees) the sales pitch is the classic sign up and we give you cash, the problem is that it's not nearly enough cash.
