very expensive (much higher than local default rates) high cancellation fees (much higher than local default fees) high penalty fees (much higher than local default fees) poor incentives (mass ads, including door to door sales, for cash back incentives that do not make up for the high rates and fees) the sales pitch is the classic sign up and we give you cash, the problem is that it's not nearly enough cash.

It used to take me hours with other providers trying to figure out the best rates and which plan I should renew with. Not anymore, the entire process was literally 2 minutes tops! Their customer service is extremely helpful as well.

my former energy provider send me monthly usage to check my usage so that i dont over shoot, i would like that life enegy does that. also,most months, i dont get an email reminding me of payment due, i just get a disconnection notice in the mail. It would be nice that you consistently send emails when payments are due.

Mojisola, thank you for the feedback and review. LifeEnergy is currently working on being able to provide our customers with utilization data. In the meantime, we can walk you through establishing an account with Smart Meter Texas which will provide the same information to you and it will not matter who your electricity provider is. Please contact customer service @[email protected], we send customer billing reminders all the time and want to make sure your email is not being missed.
