My phone is a bluetooth device. Why does this app say i usex my phone multiple times?? Incorrect false info. Not reliable.

When I had the free L360, everything worked smoothly. Now that I have premium, I’m facing significant issues. If I’m within a mile of a saved location, I keep getting alerts that I’ve either left or arrived. Just last night, I received a notification claiming I left a restaurant I had actually left 5 hours earlier. Moreover, it inaccurately shows my members in locations they've departed from over 20 minutes ago. This needs to be addressed promptly.

App doesn’t update all the time, do not want to waste my time and patience having to reset or troubleshoot all the time!

This app is useful when it works but it is not reliable and you should not rely on it to track the location of your kids. Make sure you have a backup tracking option, such as family link. We tried a few other similar apps. But they all seem to have reliability issues. It will randomly stop working when you actually need it, it will report wrong locations, it will alert you that your kids have left the house in the middle of the night when they are sleeping and all kinds of other issues. This is not a 1 off either, these issues have occurred on every single one of my kids phones at some point over the years we have been using the app. The customer service and support is completely useless and they are clueless and don't give a damb, not even if your child has gone missing and you cannot track them. The only solution they give you to these issues is that the user with issues has to keep resetting their password, reinstalling the app and even completely deleting their life 360 account and create a new one. I have explained to them several times that having to keep doing this defeats the point in the app. If your child has gone missing or is lost or needs your help and you need to know where they are then you obviously don't have access to their phone to perform all this troubleshooting nor can you ask them to, especially if you cannot even contact them. They can't seem to grasp this and just don't care. We had a serious issue in the past where one of kids was being chased by a gang who were going to hurt him or worse and called me for help, but life 360 had stopped working.

Unreliable. (I use ‘find my iPhone’ as well which is way more reliable) this Life360 app is not exactly live all the time. It often takes ages (up to an hour) to finally connect to my daughter Phone. Potentially could be great but to unreliable.

Not happy with this app. It only works sometimes but most of the time it’s inaccurate.I have been out today and the app hasn’t even picked that up. It doesn’t work either with friends and family. I’ve had no end of problems with the accuracy

This app used to be great, and when it works its useful. However, recently people are frozen in the same location for hours. People frozen driving on the M6 and apparently there all day! Its unreliable now and causes more anxiety then reassurance. Sort it out...
