I purchased the product and was enjoying the purchase. However, the program does not give you warnings if you accidentally "purchase a circle" membership will bill and you get no refunds for duplicate purchases. To cancel the program it is challenging and the clarity for the agreement of purchasing services if unsupportive - specifically if you struggle with reading (dyslexic) trying to call or reach someone for support is challenging at best. This is not a program I would recommend due to the limited support in customer service via phone, limited notices and up front business practices and refusal to give refunds for duplicate purchases. I have had to file a better business complaint and see they are not registered with the BBB and have had similar complaints to he one I am expressing. Overall the experience has been very challenging and less with the product more with the business practices/services

I had life 360 on my old Phone, got a new phone will not let me reset my password. Asked for support from a Joshua, who has responded and still not working. Asked for help on again, even a phone call. NO RESPONSE 😡 Bad customer service. I really liked life 360 was good. But I'm not getting much support from them.

Would be minus 5 stars if possible. Had to go through all the setup steps before it tells you at the end you have to pay for a subscription. What a waste of time. Rubbish devious company.

Useless app. Paying for an unresponsive application. The app can take days to update. Will be canceling subscription

The location serviced are 30 min to 1 hr behind, which if you REALLY need it in the moment can be maddening. There’s literally no customer service so you’re left with zero support. It’s worse than no similar service because you think you have a reliable source for location, and then you find all you have is a late echo of where your loved one was.

Highly unaccurate location. It says people have entered my location when they are several roads away driving past. Customer support is non-existent. I have tried to contact them several times and not got a response, then a week later I get an automatic message asking me to rate the response from them, and they haven’t responded at all. They offer paid plans but if they can’t respond and aren’t accurate there’s absolutely no point paying for it.

I have the app and sometimes it shows Someone’s location in one area and at the same time it would show notification such as drive completed 1mile so hard to decide the accuracy

Har brugt denne app i et års tid, men synes nu den virkelig er blevet utrolig utroværdig. Skriver at sønnike har forladt huset tidligt morgen og er hjemme igen kl 9. Det ved jeg ik er sandt, da jeg selv har været hjemme i denne coronatid. Udover det, så melder den meget sent med hvor tlf. Og sønnike befinder sig, man kan slet ikke stole på den..Kan ikke anbefales...
