Ultimate fail. Had head on last night with no nottices sent to family members State Farm called immediately when detected.

App did not work. Tried to cancel immediately. Impossible to cancel and no way to contact them except virtual assistant, which does nothing. You have to cancel through Google Play but if you don’t have that, forget it. We are still being charged two months later and have threatened legal action.

I have the free version of this app. Nonetheless, you would expect it to work well. I installed this app so that I could be aware, in case of an emergency, of the location of my 82-year old father, who has a number of health conditions. Yesterday, he went missing and when I tried to find his location on the app, it did not work, telling me that he needed to turn off battery optimisation. His phone was going to voicemail, texts were not delivering and there was no way to get in touch with him. We ended up having to call the police and thankfully he was eventually found safe and sound. However, the Life360 app is useless in the event of an emergency. I installed it precisely for this reason and it failed me when I needed it most.

I am only able to communicate via emails which only gets answered every few days if I'm lucky. I would like to be able to talk to a person on the phone. I was charged twice for my 360 account for the gold membership from my husbands google play and my google play. I was trying to upgrade to pay for the year when this happened. So I got charged the monthly subscription twice! I am trying to get a refund for one of them but no one is doing so. Very frustrating and disappointing. We also have the Bouncie location device which has excellent customer service.

Initially really liked the features. Logged out now can't get back in. After two attempts get locked out. Ok understand that. Tried customer support, that's a joke. They emailed me eventually and if i was still having problems to email back. Did so and 3 days later still waiting to hear from them. All software can have issues but really no customer support care!!

Dangerous! Children are in charge of their accounts and can allow anyone they want to see their location by adding them to a separate circle. Parents are not notified. I found my 13 year old daughter was in a circle with someone and I had no idea. They sent her a code she clicked it and then she's being located 24/7 by someone not in our family. Paedophiles dream! You buy it to keep your child safe, it's sold as a family safety app.... but there's no child settings so they are in charge. For vulnerable neurodivergent children who have little danger awareness this is crazy!
