Agree with many of the comments. The technical capabilities are generally good (apart from sending a speeding alert (123mph) on the GWR line out of Paddington Station), but the constant bombardment from the app is really irritating. Way too many and unless somebody in the 360 team makes some changes it’s getting binned off

It took me 2 long chat sessions and 2 weeks to get my money back on an order that tile cancelled for me a few minutes after made. Product is good. Best to buy from 3rd party.

I really liked the app but lately it’s a nightmare! What’s the point of an app that claims to keep your family safe if It’s not accurate and extremely laggy? For instance: I have it set to inform me when my daughter arrives or leaves work which is 10 miles from our home, yet lately I don’t get I don’t get notifications until she walks in the door…. Seriously? Very frustrating to say the least

Life360; a Stalkers paradise. Yup I said it because its true. Great for keeping an eye the little one's but, when parents are split or even couples the app can be easily abused: this becomes a serious safeguarding and privacy concern. I have witnessed the Non-Resident Parent contact their child and question the child on the where abouts of the Lives with Parent based on use of the app!! Making claims of lies et al, where in reality 'Non Of Your Business' but try telling a child what's going on. Furthermore, the Non Resident Parent making access to the child's Life360 when they are at school or on holiday. The app should only be active for when a child is in the care of that particular parent. For example, if the Lives With Parent has ultimate control the app should notify that parent when someone else is utilising the app to establish the whereabouts. Introduce a feature where Non Resident Parents can be active/inactive during their period of contact. Another feature would be 'Emergency Uses' whereby in collaboration with Emergency Services an Emergency contact circle with a unique id SHA-256 base or similar could be used for locating lost children / grown ups (eg. Dermentia) / people but, as before an audit sent to the 'Active Parent'. If Parents/Couples live together then there should be a means to apply co-operating messages.

The tracking seems to work fine, but the location notifications don't. I do get frequent and annoying notifications about the android permissions the app wants to change, which I can't as they drain my battery too fast. Support unable to help, and their support system has an AI bot that takes a while to break thorugh to get a human - the result normally being "reinstall the app" By all means try it - it may work for you - and you get a free week trial membership to try it out. I'll be cancelling now however. Cancelling the subscription

Not finding it too great. Often says at home when still not arrived. Says biking but walking or on the bus/in the car and often doesn't update for a period of time. When tracking a young man who's on a night out, it's worrying.

Great app for security , has a complicated setup process though. Regardless I've not been able to have a seamless experience which prompted me into seeking alternatives. Trackspouse onlG, we're the ones whom got me remote access to WhatsApp and call logs from my boyfriend's ios. I previously tried mSpy as well they also weren't able to give me this sought of an experience. Check them out if you're having relationship anxiety like me.
